Signicat and Markaaz Partner to Strengthen Global SMB Verification and Onboarding

Signicat, Europe’s leading provider of digital identity and fraud prevention solutions, and Markaaz, the leading global business identity and intelligence platform, today announced a strategic partnership to enhance Signicat’s Digital Identity and Orchestration Platform with the most complete and continuously verified global business identity intelligence available.

The collaboration extends Signicat’s orchestration capabilities across Know-Your-Business (KYB), onboarding, and continuous monitoring workflows globally. By integrating Markaaz’s advanced business intelligence and proprietary entity data into Signicat’s compliance orchestration layer, the partnership accelerates decisioning and streamlines compliance operations for enterprises and financial institutions.

Through this partnership, Signicat incorporates Markaaz’s verified global business database, which includes detailed entity profiles, ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) data, and firmographic insights, directly into its Digital Identity platform. Signicat automates KYB verification, streamlines business onboarding, and enables dynamic risk monitoring for its customers across international markets and this combination strengthens this capability.

The collaboration allows financial institutions to:

  • Reduce onboarding delays through pre-verified Markaaz data integrated into Signicat’s InstantKYB workflows.
  • Enable risk-based decisioning powered by automated UBO identification and continual data refresh.
  • Improve fraud and AML compliance by combining Signicat’s orchestration engine with Markaaz’s real-time, global entity data.
